Vericlaims is a Verification-as-a-Service platform. We build agentic verification for the two places that breakage costs the most money: the returned parcel and the filed claim.
Why now
For twenty years, the internet ran on a workable compromise: verifying every transaction properly costs more than the fraud it prevents, so approve by default and absorb the losses. It held because faking evidence took effort.
That effort is now approximately zero. A convincing receipt, invoice or damage photo takes seconds to generate, and instructions for abusing return and claims policies circulate openly. The compromise has stopped holding — and the standard response, tightening policy for everybody, punishes the customers who did nothing wrong.
The same shift that broke the compromise can repair it. Agents can now do the evidence work that previously required an investigator: read the document, examine the image, reconcile the records, follow the links, and write down what they found. When verification costs cents instead of hours, you can afford to verify everything — and stop guessing.
That is the whole company. Make verification cheap enough to use everywhere, and make every verdict something a business can stand behind.
How we build
Four commitments we design against.
Evidence over inference
We would rather say “we could not establish this” than assign a confident number to a guess. Every claim the platform makes has to be traceable to something it actually checked.
The honest majority comes first
Anti-fraud tooling has a habit of taxing everyone to catch a few. Verification lets us do the opposite: prove the good case quickly, and spend the scrutiny where it is earned.
Explainability is not a feature
A decision a company cannot explain is a decision it cannot defend. Rationale is produced as part of the verdict, not reconstructed afterwards for an audit.
Judgement stays human
Agents do the collection, the checking and the corroboration. The contested calls, and the authority to make them, remain with your people.
