Privacy notice

This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party marketing scripts, and it has no login. The contact form does not submit anything to us: it composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send. Nothing you type into it is stored on this site.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — to serve pages and protect against abuse. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving them.

If you email contact@vericlaims.io or use the contact form, we hold your message and the business contact details in it so we can reply and, where relevant, take the enquiry forward. We use it for that purpose and no other. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@vericlaims.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@vericlaims.io and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

When a customer runs verifications on our platform, evidence and case data are processed on that customer's instructions as their processor. Handling, residency, retention and deletion are set out in the data processing addendum forming part of that customer's contract.
